The Teacher
"I’m Miriam. Teaching languages is my vocation."
When I was in high school, I started tutoring some children who needed help with their homework.
While I was studying my college degree, a mother asked me to teach her daughter a language from scratch. They had just arrived in Spain, and the girl was starting high school in three months.
After that experience, I discovered that teaching languages was my vocation, and that’s why I decided to get a master’s degree in Education.
Then, I specialized in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. That’s how I ended up becoming a Spanish teacher. Since 2021, I have been working with students of various ages and backgrounds.

"Miriam always showed great patience with me and taught me the correct way to speak the language. Although I often forgot small details I should have remembered, she always encouraged me not to get overwhelmed. Patiently, she would repeat what I had forgotten and kindly clarified all my doubts. In class, we used materials suited to my level. We always started by reviewing the previous lesson, and if I had forgotten something, she helped me recall it with great patience. She adapted the lessons to my needs and my weakness in the language. If I didn’t know the meaning of a word, she calmly explained it to me. Miriam is an excellent teacher. It’s clear that she loves teaching—she always does it with skill and calmness. When she sees that you get frustrated because you can’t master the language yet, she encourages you to keep going."
